EV Consulting advised a leading international agribusiness company in an acquisition of a local company operating in the same sphere. The deal aimed to support our client in acquiring the benefit of relatively cheap resources in Armenia as a leverage to expand internationally. The deal also included $1.3m loan financing from a local bank.

Recommendations on New Undergraduate Courses for the AUA. EV Consulting helped the AUA to form a better picture on higher education preferences and job market perspectives in Armenia. The implemented study and recommendations provided assisted AUA to diversify its undergraduate offerings and introduce new programs in the field of Engineering and Data Science.
